支持格式：json

请求方法：HTTP协议，支持GET/POST方法。

二、请求参数/ Request parameter

非文件上传的POST时，enctype=application/x-www-form-urlencoded。 
文件上传的POST时，enctype=multipart/form-data。 

1、系统级参数（所有接入点都需要的参数）：
